Yes!!! I thought I was the ONLY one who HATED that name. I HATE that S*** with a ****** PASSION. That's the dumbest nickname outta ALL of them IMHO. Y'all don't have to agree, I don't really care. But, every time I hear that name, I wanna kick the **** outta who said it. Any black & red Jordan (III-XIV) simply should be called "The Playoffs" IMO. Nine times outta ten, that when he wore them anyways. With the exception of MOST All-Star games, and the black & red XII's, which should be called the "Playoff Away" or "Road Playoffs" IMO. Question for the "bred" haters. It's generally accepted that the Jordan 1 trinity consists of the royals, shadows, and ________? (fill in the blank)

unfortunately can't and you're are contractions and are legitimate words, bred is not a word nor will it ever be a word and when you say it out loud you sound like you're talking about the food so i think your conclusion is incorrect

I made that point to call out the contradiction in you calling others lazy. Even if can't and you're are words, as an English major I can def tell you they are frowned upon in academia and are seen as lazy words or contractions. My point is that it doesn't matter. It's a nickname. People use that same nickname to describe money. It's JUST A NICKNAME.

i hear ya and honestly bred is not one that gets me going its idiots who call them candy canes, or cherrys when those names have nothing to do with anything going on with the shoes, just one of those things that as our sneaker culture gets dumbed down by the ignorant members that gets accepted but i dont do ignorance and stupidity so its annoying to me.
 
Blk/red is in my vocabulary, the other word is not... And never will.

I think its a generational thing. Us older folks used the CW to describe whatever SIG Jordan we were referencing to. These younger cats use nicknames. Call it lazy... or just what they are used to...

I too dislike that term...
 
I started to collect the 11s back in 2009 with the spacejams, then I followed with the cool grays. One reason I stopped was because of the fact that I would have to camp out. Glad it's relatively easy to cop these and that the raffle system is in place now a days. I really hope the Jams come back out next black Friday with Concord.

I'm sure it will be popular outside NT :lol:

People can call it whatever, but as long as I can land a pair, that's all that matters to me :wink: Heck, they can call it "Speckled Breds" or "Galaxy Breds" and it won't bother me.
