Jordan XI '72-10' Release Date: 12/12/15

These may be my first XI cop.

I may even trade them for Breds (My All Time Favorite XI) money wasn't right when they dropped last.

Man if you ask me (which you didn't but I'ma tell you anyway) these 72-10s with this sparkly patent leather effect to them should not lose any customers from compared to last year because if you had no problem copping an all white patent leather shoe with baby blue accents you should have no problem with this one either

Never understood why holding a bunch of sneakers by your knees while wearing a matching color watch became a thing. People should [emoji]128165[/emoji][emoji]128562[/emoji][emoji]128299[/emoji] themselfs lmao j.k

F it I'm gonna pull it off when I get home with like 12 pairs and 6 watches on

I wanna get these for my first pair of XI's, plus XI is my favorite roman numeral.

These aren't half bad going to be an easy cop for me like recent Jordan 11s (bred, gamma, lb). Nike been blessing the kid on raffles and RS won 2 pairs Chicago 1s and another pair of legend blue 11s that all white upper sick af

XIs are always easy cop, don't think it'll be different with these... I seem to remember that JB retroes an OG colorway of the XI's every other year. Given that all OG colorways have been retroed since 09 wonder what's gon happen next year

don't want to say BS but at least a few shops I know, they will probably have a very small amount of mens pairs.. while flooded with GS

If I can find an early release pair for $180 or less without having to cop em at a Chinese website, I think I'm gonna pull the trigger just so I can compare the quality, on-foot performance, and craftsmanship with the retail pairs I'll be purchasing on 12/19.

If the early release pair turns out to be very close to the retail pair, then it may lead me to believe that Jordan Brand probably uses the same factories in Fujian Province, China to produce their pairs in efforts to continue to maximize profit margin, while turning a blind eye to "unauthorized factories." Obviously, Jordan Brand isn't doing squat to regulate the mass proliferation of "unauthorized, grey market" pairs even though they know their product is being reproduced illegally. What's even more compelling is that GM and UA pairs are getting closer and closer to being replicated like the "real thing."

IMO, the reason Jordan brand isn't doing anything is because they know UA pairs are being sold regularly and people are still copping UA pairs at retail prices (or sometimes even at a markup). Which ultimately allows Jordan Brand to give some sort of justification to raise their prices.

This is one of the reasons why I'm interested in copping a UA pair of 72-10s for comparison's sake. I want to see just how close knock offs of so-called premium Jordan releases are to the retail pairs. From what I've seen online, the UA's are pretty darn close to the authorized pairs that certain celebrities and privileged ones are wearing right now prior to RD.

We all know that employees who work at authorized Nike factories in China are spilling the beans (i.e., product and manufacturing specs) and selling this information to top bidders of knock-off factories and this is how UA and GM factories are getting better and better at replicating authorized, authentic AJ shoes. There is little to no regulation with overseas manufacturing.

I didn't wanna bump the old thread sorry for off topic but wtf is up with the legend blues turning green? Used pairs on the local groups always have that look. I regretted selling mine DS but not so much now...

Because of the color of the sole

green [emoji]128567[/emoji][emoji]128567[/emoji][emoji]128567[/emoji]...Damn I'm getting that plastic wrap on the soles then before I wear mine

It's due to the color of the sole.  I wear mine frequently and they have been exposed to water.  Once that water hits them and oxidation takes place it's green city.

  I still rock them though.
