Jordan XI '72-10' Release Date: 12/12/15

Its not about having the finances obviously if you have 190 to spend odds are you are likely able to drop 20 more. Its about the justification of why they would increase it on this type of colorway in oppose to an og colorway. And people use it all the time (figure of speech), without using the literal sense or meaning of the word.
 
I could go on all day on this debate, but I'm not about to derail the thread from the current topic that it is meant for.

If you don't like the price increase nor the shoe in general, you are entitled to your opinion and it is respected.

I honestly think that's one of the reasons why they stopped releasing retro 3s... When hype for Retro J's is at an all time low, *BAM!* time to release the OG BC 3s, complete with NA, in a somewhat limited run (like Bred or Chi OG 1s).

I don't understand people's views on all retro + colorways being trash. I understand that the OG's are what they are but c'mon. They can't keep releasing the same colorways year after year and expect people to buy into it every time. It's literally just a black 11 with a white icy sole. It's one of the plainest yet most subtle 11's I've seen, it might be a bit boring for some but it's not absolute trash.
 
The price for me is what it is, as a foam head its a bargain especially if the premium materials are truly premium.

I feel like whenever I watch the warrior's play the announcers always talk about the 72-10 bulls and compare them to the warrior's. When the announcers talk about the 72-10 it makes me feel that they are reading a jb ad to hype up the 11s

haha can you imagine if JB released a Warriors CW of these if they beat the Bulls record? Highly doubt Mike would ever let that happen but it would be irony at it's finest.

How is the glitter-like patent leather subtle? The plastic Jumpman also makes them look unnecessarily cheap.
 
The Warriors are a Stephen Curry ankle sprain away from 60-22. As fast a start they're having, I highly doubt GSW ties let alone beats the Bulls' record. The West is too loaded with really good teams and the Warriors have been fortunate to play a bunch of teams that have new faces so they haven't developed any team chemistry yet not to mention injuries to key players (Rockets, Clippers, Pelicans, etc)

These are looking great.

Doubt JB would make a warriors version if they beat the record, but would cool to see a golden jumpman on this.
 
What's crazy is that some time in January or February we're going to see leaks of the next 11s for 2016. Personally for Christmas 2016 I want to see a different retro that hasn't been released as frequent as some of the most recent ones.
