True, I heard about that before; Jacques Slade is one of my favorite sneaker YouTuber (First being Bull1trc), also this makes me want the Concords even more.

11s and 14s are the most uncomfortable Jordans ever made. They have a horrible shape and destroy pinky toes even when you size up. They are very nice to look at. They are akin to designer women's high heels, look nice but feel like hell

I heard the 11s were inspired by a convertible - shiny at the bottom and fabric at the top.
You must be referring to the recent retros, which are garbage. My 14s were so bad that I couldnt wear them for more than 3 hours and decided to sell them rather than keep uncomfortable kicks.
The OGs and older retros up until 2005ish, they were made to play in. A lot of people used to ball in black/red XI's and IE 11s back when I was in high school. I used to ball in 14s in high school, the OGs were really comfortable and a great ball shoe. Even just looking at the older retros in pictures, the shoes are bulkier from all the padding compared to the new garbage retros.
These remasters look good though so I am considering picking up a pair.

The XI and concord colorway is the greatest basketball shoe design of all time. While technology has advanced dramatically, at the time it was cutting edge, couple that with the on court history and urban acceptance and game over. This is the halo Jordan model.
After these, Nike just needs to give me the cool greys and space jams again.
For this 72-10, I think they'll sell out same day (or within hours), but if they don't I'm more than fine if the hype dies down and I get what I like.

Never had 11s cause I've always took a an L, but this year's different and I will get a pair. If I get them will the be good to ball in or will it be uncomfortable?

I think I heard Tinker say they were also inspired by his (Tinker's) lawn mower. He said he was looking out the window and saw the shiny finish on his lawn mower. I don't have the link to the video right now (I'll go find it) but I coulda swore he said that. Anyone else remember that?
It also was inspired by MJ's convertible, the codura mesh is supposed to represent the rag top.

A footlocker employee out here in So Cal said the raffle for the 11s will be the week of the release. Other stores don't even know yet.
