Indian grandfather a victim of police brutality in Alabama

Old man made the mistake of walking while brown in a nice neighborhood. Dude was described as a "skinny black man" by the homeowner who alerted the police.

Heard about this a few days ago
I think I heard they fired the cop and arrested him
Hope Indian dude gets cashed out

very sand, very unfortunate. Justice will be served due to the amount of wealth in that community.

Racist cop gonna racist...

The takedown was :x

How can you flex on a old head, though?

Dude's body is light as a kite. Them cops are bugging...

...

But let some dudes ib here tell it... Cops are all saints.

I'm sire blc, megg, IlluminatiNYC, and the whole brigade will NOT step foot in this thread.

The thing is... Cops may not flex on people by throwing them on the ground... But the disrespectful tone, lack of empathy, and outright hate permeates through interactions of minorities and police.

The south is gonna south. No matter what other ppl will try to have you believe.

could've been worse.
he could've been choked to death.
or maybe shot to death.
the atrocities committed against blacks on a daily basis have made things like this a drop in the bucket in my eyes.

What's sad to me is that if this was a black dude, nters woulda been in this thread deeeeep.

But since it's just an old indian man, haven't cracked two pages.......

:smh:

I just saw this thread so ****

"If he was black" my ***

But anyway, some police are pieces of **** and I'm not surprised a man of color was abused

Plus the caller identified the man as black so he got that treatment

Tired of these **** *** 911 callers instigating situations without suffering the consequences for their ignorance

Considering the police thought he was a black man makes this still a black issue. Caller had police ready to continue the history of abuse against negros

Caller called him an Indian and I'm sure he wouldn't be bruised up right now

I agree with you though.

Its sad man. real sad.

This happened about 10miles away from me... I havent had any run in with any cops, but the police after 9/11 have become more militarized thna ever.. Its hard to distinguish a cop from a soldier in combat lately.. They have undercover cars used for the wrong reasons.. There is this one spot they use on the freeway where they use a spotlight and when ppl pass by they shine it.. Like for what reason does it matter to see a person face for the .1 of a second they roll thru the spot light.. If theyre speeding theyre speeding pull them over but to have a spot light to see someones color/gender is ridiculee

if true, that sounds like it could cause an accident

cops aren't supposed to leave an accident in their wake

they can't even abide by one of the only rules they're supposed to follow :smh:

Yeah man its cray cray and i respect a handful of cops or ones i encounter for speeding(twice in 9years lol) they were nice and tolerable.. But when your driving along the freeway they park with the spot light facing thru your driver side window so when you pass thru its hurts your eyes. I also encountered this nasty cop that was regulating a jordan release and man to think its dudes out here protecting us has me spooked!!! He was like all the nigZ still buying jordans shoes, he was calling this one employee 6ay and the employee seemed really uncomfortable laughing at the cop i was wow man. Let me get my sneakers andn get the f up outta here before the cop tskes his attention/aggression of the employee and focuses on me.

this is really unfortunate...really is...people also have to understand that some parts of america are just not that welcoming to minorities than other parts. This is a problem that will be hard to change but can be possible
