possible ebay/paypal scam... need help!

No traders all , I had them up for sale. This is beyond upsetting and I will never be selling anything on eBay and never using PayPal again. I have a bunch of shoes I can't sell now
 
If you guys look me up on eBay user montemex23 and look at my feedback that fool only person to leave me negative feedback
 
But You left him a positive feedback? You should of never done that. I been in cases like this, you need to open up a case in the resolution center on your end and let it play out. Don't use threading inappropriate words when communicating when the buyer or eBay.
 
eBay no longer allows sellers to leave negative feedback to buyers. I left a comment informing sellers that this buyer is scamming, unfortunately it looks like a positve
 
i was gonna try n help until superbclown stepped in with the grapefurit cahones asking someine for pic when hes dodged more "poith" than neo did shots .....sit yo *** down boi

File a police report online, then email it to consumertech@ebay.com

Then call PayPal and tell you that you filed a police report and you want to file an appeal

Then mention to them that you sent a copy of the report to that email.

Do this. Trust me.

well, the negative balance on my paypal account has dissapeared. ebay also has contacted me saying they have asked buyer to provide detailed photo documentation from a third party explaining why the shoes i sent are fake.
 
I contacted ebay at consumertech@ebay.com and they never responded . How did you resolve the issue with fraud by the buyer?

Ebay contacted me via email explaining the process of how to go about when a buyer files an "item not as described claim". My buyer has been given two extensions, i guess he never complied with the requirements ebay asked for. I was told that if my buyer continues to ignore their last request for documentation, ebay will assume we settled the case on our own and close the case

Reading that last page was like the twilight zone. Got a guy telling someone there selling fakes who has no clue what he is talking about. Pathetic clown.

When I called ebay resolution the guys was a prick and automatically granted the buyers request now I'm. Negative in my paypal and don't know how to file an appeal
 
Had a buyer ask me this question, sounds a little funny and I told him i will send only 1 invoice, what do you guys think?

that's fine.....but I talk to pay pal last night and im available for 500 credit limit.......and they told me if seller can send 2 invoices then I can pay the difference with my credit card

yea I told him politely that it's dead for that. I don't know if he's playing games or trying to pay half with credit and half with paypal credit. If it's the latter I'm not mad at it, he's telling me he's on the phone with paypal trying to get it straightened out now.
 
Ok listen up, I went through damn near the same thing except with Big bang brons. I sent him my pair and he claim they were fake and he sent me back a pair of fake big bangs. He thought it out very well to make it seem as though i sent a fake pair and I'd have to fight my case with his fake pair while he pockets my pair and keeps the money. I thought outside of the box and decided to place a pair of beaters in the box and send pics to paypal saying this is what i got back in return. Also had to file a police report. I won the case and got every cent back.

not trying to discredit your story but did you send two invoices for that one pair?

misha misha i thought of another possibility. If he really needs to pay separate would it be ok if I do the 500 for the shoes and then the remainder of the balance for a pair of socks or tshirt, or should I back out of that idea completely?
 
Either way I'm probably not going to do it, seems a little fishy, especially for close to a stack.
