Best way I can describe it...
Getting crossed by Steph = your girl is still your girl at the end of the game.
Getting crossed by Kyrie = your girl shootin in the gym with real n*^*^ of the week JR. Smith by midnight.

Kyrie is by far the best ballhandler I've ever seen. His in-close finishing with either hand is astounding too.

Kyrie is the better handler, because he dribbles with speed. Curry's handles are superb but his dribble isn't all that quick. It's in fact, pretty slow.

Stephs handle is smooth, but Kyrie has a little bit of Iverson and Wade in his handle

correct.
all too often Kyrie's handles result in a semi contested mid range jumper. Steph gets any where on the court and uses them to create 3's, layups or close shots for his teammates.

And kyrie blows by you and finishes in the lane at as high of a pctg as anyone in the league. He also intiates the Cavs offense and also shoots over 40% from 3
