Can criminals or scumbags receive inheritance specifically gifted to their name? Makes it seem like the courts should be able to go both ways here. Why does the du pont heir who rapped a 3 yr old allowed 'allowance' money?

Not because of the race issue, but because of the fact that a JUDGE who has NOTHING to do with the family, is telling how a dead mans funds should be distributed. It's ********. It's his money, he wanted it distributed in a certain way, so let him rock!!!

This will likely be reversed. I love T&E, you see some crazy ish sometimes. One dude used to catch flak from his old lady on the regular about smoking cigarettes so to spite her after his death his will stated that it contingent upon reciept of her share that she smoke a pack of cigs a day

Father should've found a more subtle reason to disown his daughter if he felt that strongly prejudiced against her choice of partner and grandchild. Probably wasn't advised by a lawyer.

Oh well then I expect this to be overturned if there was no mention of race and no inflammatory language or strong implications about this dealing with race in the will.
Judges just can't go around nullifying wills. No matter who it is as long as it is legal.
