Even though the dad was a hateful scumbag, the judge was wrong in his decision. The man should have every right to do what he whats with his money

But I'm not sure about the specifics of this instance.... Were there any next of kin besides the daughter?... If there weren't, then I agree with the judges decision...

The usual comments but lets behonest here It happens all the time it's just that it stays within the family and gets buried along with the rest of the secrets.

People get written out of wills for much less but you have one case that makes the news cause it's usually the other way around,1 out of 1000's the world is coming to an end.

Could've easily lied in order to recieve the unclaimed money.
I wanna know what happens when a couple years pass and the other daughter tries to claim the will (which is rightfully hers regardless of when she claims it)
