Declaring her independence over July 4th weekend, Kourtney Kardashian  has split from her longtime love, Scott Disick, Us Weekly confirms. 

“She really has had it this time,” a source tells Us Weekly of the reality star, 36, who spent the holiday weekend with her three children in Malibu, Calif. 

It all began when Disick, 32, traveled to the South of France where he was spotted getting intimate  with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli  on a yacht. They were photographed feeding each other and getting too close for comfort.

An onlooker tells Us that Disick was a "drunken mess" and was "flirting heavily" with Bartoli at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club in Monaco. 

"There was no trying to hide how handsy they were," the eyewitness tells Us. "They were all over each other and so blatant. They were feeding each other with their own forks. She was nuzzling her head on his shoulder, and he was stroking her arm and thighs."

Disick apparently "freaked out" when he saw photographers and began pounding Domaine d'Ott rose wine by the pool, drinking several bottles in just a few hours. 

The father of three dated Bartoli in 2006 while on a break from Kardashian and prior to her first pregnancy with son Mason. 

"He was hot and heavy with Chloe for a brief time," another source tells Us. 

“Kourtney is freaking out and kicked him out again,” another source reveals to Us. “She can’t believe he’d be so stupid to embarrass her and be photographed all over Chloe.” 

Though several sources confirm the split, many close to the hot-and-cold couple think they will get back together eventually. 

“When he’s sober he’s actually a great dad,” an insider tells Us. “This was an escape for him, a way out. Kourtney is flipping out and going crazy and says she’s done with him, but they’ve been through this before. He just hasn’t publicly embarrassed her like this and to this level. She says it’s over, but I know they will end up getting back together for the kids and the show.”

Kardashian has not addressed the split publicly, choosing to instead post pictures with her kids during the holiday celebrations. Disick is currently in Boca following the split news.

Not sure if this is real or not, but I don't know why women seem to finally get things after kid #3. That seems to always be the magic number.
 
Never got why folks liked him.

If HW wasn't marries to a kardashian, he'd be another chubby x Sperry wearing frat boy bumb that still parties with college students at 30

Sounds like she knew he was getting side yambs and was fine with it. She had to save face because he got caught in public.

Never know what's true with this bunch but if so good for Scott. Kourtney's always had a major stick up her *** & needs to live that man live. He got CLM now as income so I see why there's no damns given anymore
