Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro "UNC" - The Aftermath - NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING

I Really Don't Mind If @alp sells kicks

Good For Him

I hope Someone Buys his OVO's for $2k for all I Care... He's not doing anything to the Game!

CASH OUT

People shouldn't care so much

Nothing wrong with reselling. Just take a look at everyone's sig on NT, most shoes for sale are at high resale price. I don't know why so many folks cry that they are not able to get shoes at retail because of resellers. If resellers can get it at retail then you can too. Enjoy!!!

I'm in school working on that boss. Reselling with all the stretches of time with no hot release and lowballing etc is not an easy way to live, good to have another way of making money. Goes with everything in life, the more ways you can make money the better

I don't think it's lowballing if someone wants to pay less as much as it is negotiating the price. Eventually you will find enough stupid people to pay whatever arbitrary amount you seek but that takes more time and effort and based on what you said you sometimes need the money quick. Take a word of advice from the world of investing - never invest what you can't afford to lose.

while I def get what u mean.. A LOT of ppl take this wayyyyy to literal & think its ok offering 1/2 the listed price for a hot item or ask for a better deal on an already decently priced item then reply "I didn't want/like them anyway" when their cheapness doesn't stick...

How Did This Topic Start Again????

Back To EastBay!

Keep calling

Let's buy the whole stock NT

When that happens hit my phone
i meant to type uncs but I'm always thinking about doing a potential giveaway on here and then the slander reminds me why I don't

yea I know that man, generally unless you're buying 10+ pairs of shoes it's not a big investment at all and the risk of loss is very low. You start bumping stuff off at retail and you'll most likely get your money back quick

THIS.

Can't knock your hustle fam. I've resold many pairs to primarily make the cost of my personal pair free or cheap. It's the only way my wife continues to let me cop kicks for myself haha. There have been months where I've made a minimum of $800-$1200 in profit from flippin pairs. That's all while having a salary job and the little effort of makin a few clicks online or driving down the street to pick up pairs that are sittin lol. Don't get me wrong, I still try and look out, especially for members that I've done business with in the past for the price I pay (usually 20% off + shipping). If you're salty you couldn't cop on RD then pay up or move on to the next. Yes, the game has changed. Nothing else you can do but adapt or fall back.

We ain't reselling tho

And I'm sure ever knows I've never copped anything to resell on here

Or once ever copped a shoe in a diff size because mine was sold out. Limited or not
laugh.gif
If my size sales out I will buy the next size available. Did that with the UNC and traded for my size on the same day.

Nothing wrong with reselling... If JB can charge you up the ying yang for a pair of $20.00 sneaker why cant I?

Is there a Sneaker Bible that we all have to abide by?

Wait its NT and the Sneaker Police is on the Prowl.

I was in Cali for this release (Orange County, to be exact). Got some tips from a few NTers on where to go for fcfs.

Showed up at like 715 at house of hoops, I was 39th on the list. They ended up having like 35 pairs. Wamp. Headed over to Bait. I was 18th in line, they had 12 pairs. Wamp.

But I was in cali so I wasn't even gonna stress about it.

Ended up picking up a pair locally in Philly via FB for 210. More than I've ever spent on 1's but it was an isolated incident and i was really spending vacation money anyway.

All in all, while I loved that cali line-up/campout weather, there are simply not enough pairs and WAYY too many people out there. Maybe it was just Cuz they were 1's? I don't know...I don't know the sneaker scene in Cali.

As I walked out of Bait, dude tried to sell me his pair of 1's for 350. I told him my boys out east are copping off ebay for under 250...whatevs.

That sucks man. Orange County and Southern California as a whole is terrible for FCFS. Kids around here are willing to put in work. You have to be there at 5 am or earlier to secure a pair. That's why I always prefer the raffle route.

The winner will prolly flip em on the low anyway lol.. Keep doing your thing man esp. if it doesn't distract u from getting your degree

Just got my pair. The blue is much darker than what online pics show and I am pleased I copped after being on the fence. The collars have a different texture but are very soft compared to the Chi's. Overall I'm happy I didn't pass.

Exactly my way of thinking, repped

another one of my thoughts
Ima have a dude who talks about wearing a size 8 in every thread win a 12 and then claim they are for the feet

same thing I said

I can't get a picture to show the real color
Exactly, I'm actually glad its not a lighter blue like many pics show. Glad I copped anyways instead of trying to figure it out since I couldn't see them in hand before release day.

You fell victim to the high end tall t?
your sig speaks louder than words.
you do you.
good luck on the reselling.

He doesn't need luck, he gets money.

everyone knows= you

haha you are a joke fam.

You're calling buying shoes a "game" but he's the joke?

BAM!
BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE

You two must be the same person.

Salty people who strike out and attack the seller. It's not like alp back doors pairs. He goes out and does the footwork and enters raffles and buys online.

Don't buy from him, simple.

yea every single one of my shoes comes from a retail store which chances are I personally bought from and can validate it's authenticity. If I have to ask a little more for that then the guy who bought a size run off of a suspect place or spot so be it

Never mind the divas, bro. I sold c&c 7s at below retail shipped and got offers for lower pricing.

We all just pontificating on reselling now?
Isn't there a thread for that somewhere?
Where can my lazy self get one pair 4 days after release?
