Looks great on mobile, but desktop is GORJUSS.

websites that look good on desktop, tablet, and phones and change their layouts slightly to accommodate the different window sizes are called "responsive web design" websites.

I'm interested in making a website using this style as well. OP is right, very aesthetically pleasing, simple and straight to the point. Almost like an interactive infographic.

I have absolutely no idea how to do this, though. Even with wordpress and squarespace
