Best John Mayer Albums Ranked...

1. Continuum
2. Heavier Things
3. Room For Squares
4. Battle Studies
5. Paradise Valley
6. Born and Raised

I really like the the first song on Room For Squares

I will always have sentimental value to Room for Squares so that is my #1 by memories alone

ya'll should give 'born and raised' a few more spins. couldn't stand it the first few times i listened but my wife kept it on repeat and i really started to like it...so much so that i'd say it's def in my top 3 now

"Something like Olivia" imo is better than any song on Battle studies, bur Born and Raised as a whole is basura. I'm not feeing the whole country phase. But mygod this guy has so much great songs. from "No such thing", "neon", "wheel" OMFG theres so much to name. "In your atmosphere' is my all time favorite JM song btw.

The song Born and Raised is *really* good, some of his better writing. "I still got time. I still got faith. I call on both of my brothers. I got s mom. I got a dad. But they do not have each other." sheesh.

The album was a big apology though, so I kind of hate it. But I'd still put it above Paradise Valley.

I just never did get into PV. I listen to that Ocean song a lot, love it, but I really can't remember anything else from it. Gotta give it another go.

Continuum is definitely number 1 though. And if we're counting "Where The Light Is, it's 2.

3. Heavier Things
4. Room For Squares
5.* Battle Studies (hate to put it there because I love Assassin so much.)

Seems like that Playboy thing kinda got him out the paint, unfairly. But I still rock with him. I do wish he would change his sound back or move on from the super folk phase he's in.

Just here to see Continuum at number 1.

I need that on vinyl so bad.

Am I missing something? I searched the vinyl and it seems readily available for 20-25.

And to the guy who said "In Your Atmosphere" is his favorite track, I agree completely.
