Not sure if i'm late , but supposedly you can pre order on nike's sneaker app 

These will not be nike lab only, plenty of overseas shops will have them and I'm sure US ones will have them also.

Preorders will be avaiable on the Nike app in a few days.

Sizing wise..in terms of length half down from tts.since they are snug because of the sock-type is tts...i went half size down..if you have wide feet go for tts..if narrow half down and you ll still have space..will write more later
