I hated this shoe at first, but the new pics that have surfaced I'm definitely sold. Not on this first colorway, but there's going to be a great color down the road that will really set this shoe off.

I am copping, missed this thread and made one bc of how Air Max was spelled

When I look at that original sketch with the yellow upper I can't help but think that the midsole and that thingie with the AIR letters just above the air bubble are made of one piece. If they wanted to make something really special of this release, why not make a midsole like that, and also the oversized air pocket and lines in it, unique for this shoe.

Now they used that ugly cheap looking China-made mid/outsole that is already used on the Ultra Moires, and put a small panel with AIR on it just above it. Missed chance.

Also the upper looks like some Roshe material with a few panels on it, probably hyperfuse technique.

And who knows anyway if those sketches are actually from back then, or just some marketing c**p made up a few months back??
