LC Jordan 4 Oreos

Guys, forgive me for I am a newb here and this is my first pair of Jordans. I really,really wanted these but waited a few days after release and then couldn't find them in my size in local malls.  Decided I had to have these bad, so bought from ebay.  Seller claimd 100% Authentic deadstock. He was selling in all sizes and seems to have lots of pairs.

I looked these over pretty good and everything seemed to check out OK, but again I am a newb.

Then I noticed that the inner tag on the right shoe was misaligned. (the left inner tag was fine)

On the right - The distance between the top of the grey and the top of the white is 4cm

But on the left - The distance between teh top of the grey and the top of the white is 5cm.

This got my attention, so I started digging some more, but couldn't find anything else wrong.

And then I noticed the tread patterns were different than a youtube video posted by MJO23DAN.

But then I compared the above youtube vid to a vid by Nightwing2303 and the two of them do not have the same tread pattern either.   

Shot the label on the box. If possible, take off the insole then clear shot the midsole(below the insole) and clear shot the back of the insole itself.

Insoles are glued in, so I am worried if I pull them out, then i wouldn't be able to return them...

Box got a little crushed in shipping.

I scanned the UPC label with a smart phone amazon app. That pulled up the shoes on amazon right away (which I think is a good sign?)

Size label is ok. I think they are legit.

THESE LOOK FINE. dont see anything wrong with them. Legit in my book
