Serious Question: Puffy Nipple NTers enter

I know I can't be the only one

I'm in pretty good shape, but my nipples are "puffy" if that's the right word for em. I don't care..
The issue is that they show through my shirt. Right now it's not a big deal because it's winter, they only show through my undershirt and I layer up. But spring/summer is approaching, and when I throw on a tee or the designer tank top, I might now want my nipples to be bulging through my shirt, feel me?

Any NTers have this issue? Any solutions?

You got gyno bro.

Surgery is the only way to get rid of it.

Getting swole will mask it, but it'll still be there.

You should always have a wife beater or t shirt under your shirt regardless.
 
Wasn't there another NTer who had gyno and got surgery then posted the results
