Bruh

Excellent episode. :smokin

Was really looking forward to Will Ferrell being a staple, and then... nope.

And I'm not even a Farrell fan. Don't like him, actually. But I thought he would have fit in seamlessly with this show.

 @ the Will cameo and death

Perfect.

All those dead beached whales though :x  Looked fake but still funny. They gotta go an ep for what happened to all of the dead bodies. Did everybody agree to die in the same ditch?

I loved the vibe with episode 1 and into episode 2. I don't care for those that moved on to Malibu. I guess you can't forget about them. But I see this season going the same route as season 1. Utterly frustrating. Fun while it lasted

Show should have been a one off really. America is so afraid of making short, quality runs.
You say this as if S1 was beginning to end pure quality comedy. From ep to ep this show kept morphing in it's format and concept until what we have now only keeping parts of the premise

By the end of S1 the show was basically became children alone in a candy store/amusement park except the children are adult weirdos and the store/park is America/the world and the show maintains Phil's perspective. The main theme that is only kept up is ppl in solitude, alone, going stir crazy, etc.

FOX aint afraid, they just want money. They've done limited series before. If anything they probably thought they were giving us something short with the season only being like 12 eps. If they had it their way it would've been 22. If you want short American runs watch shows that got canceled after one season.

Liked tonight's episode besides the mentioning of Will Ferell's death basically teasing a better show we're not getting

That's the show when he's with the rest of this cast. He tries to win and takes numerous Ls.

It's like the most frustrating George Costanza focused eps of Seinfeld (or any sitcom where one of the cast can never win in the end, something always happens to mess it up or go back to status quo).

Thought the group would walk in on him crying with his 'friend' sports balls near his bedside. I guess a second chance wouldn't make sense. January Jones has like 1 acting style. 1 bad thing hasn't happened to her yet. Show is more of a time filler for me now I guess. Nothing will change.

And we're back to square one... the group hating Phil and him trying to gain their acceptance.  More love triangles, different location, rinse and repeat.

Hope they introduce some new characters.

I'm so behind on this show. I'm still on last season's episode where he met those two random women and they took him back to their place.

Some of you guys' taste in women...she's past the "sexiness" threshold, she's definitely too "motherly" looking to where my respect for women won't let me look at her sexually anymore.

That's definitely your problem and limitations as far as how you choose to view women than anything that has to do with us. You'll probably never get past it.

I think it's a gift more than anything else, if we're going off type cast looks, Jones can easily be swapped out for Yvonne Strahovski...

Of course you would see it that way. Most ppl don't like to face their shortcomings or faults.

That's irrelevant.

You can say plenty of the cast could be replaced "off type cast looks". It's just a comedy.
