LAST MAN ON EARTH .. New Show on FOX ... Sunday's 9:30

yea season 2 sucks so far and it ain't looking like it's getting better ...saw this coming with how things were going towards the end of the 1st season tho
 
Not my favorite episode but I guess I like where the show is heading (granted they should've been changed the channel). They treated him harsh but Phil basically left Tandy for dead so it's no surprise they let him influence a lot of punishment.

Really looking forward to see how Tandy gon coexist now
 
Just started watching. This dude Phil getting kinda annoying always trying to hard still having laughs

show is still good and the last ep wasn't THAT bad. i pretty much got me angry at everyone except ugly carol.
 
Nah, shows/movies/music is completely different for me; COMPLETELY.

I stick with with teams because of the connection.

I stick with my entertainment only as long as it's entertaining.

I think other ppl complaining want it to be good entertainment and funny comedy which they're not getting.

Definitely not Scandal (weirdest comparison ever).

Once Upon A Time? Fairy tales.

This isn't even about the last man on earth anymore. It's some end of the world show about a pathetic guy's pathetic path through patheticness.

Retitle it 'The Last Big Loser' or something.

I think it's just really hard to watch a guy catch L's for 30 episodes in a row without a single W. I thought the show was more entertaining when it was just him coming up with funny things to do in his seclusion. It was at least funny. Now it's just painful to watch with no comedic payoff. They literally killed the show with Carol.

I didn't sign up for a love story between him and the last woman on earth (who isn't even the last woman on earth, or hot, or funny.) So kinda going with the gills island theme: Carol is Gilligan except not lovable in any way. And Tandy is Wile E. Coyote. I better see some supermodel bikini tatas or a piano get dropped on somebodys head at this point.

Besides the first (two) episode(s), Tandy hasn't really been dolo like that. Sorry you suffering thru this tho
 
He should've never put the collars on or agreed to any punishment by them losers. He should've never agreed to be called Tandy.

Expected better from this season tbh.

It's getting annoying how the rest of the characters are so mean to my guy Tandy man, I'm hoping he stunt on all them ho's eventually

It'd be a funny twist if none of these ppl are real and Phil just dreamed/hallucinated all of them when he tried to kill himself.
 
Al was married he already took that L. His Ws came from his jokes and other things he said that put him in the right or gave him the upper hand.

Given it was a family show and not something that came off like it was gonna be one main character, Bud playing the son that constantly takes Ls was part of the make-up of the show. Same with Seinfeld with George taking Ls most of the time.

With all that said that's a show that aired like 30 years ago. Everybody saw that and how it played out. It's not the first of it's kind but we've all seen other shows do that so it'd get kind of annoying to see it done on this show with this concept and premise.

constantly losing for comedic effect has been around since before barney fife and lucy so i agree it can feel played out. i'm just not ready to give up on this show though. he was losing because he was a jerk in season 1 and now that he's trying to redeem himself, he's getting brutally hammered. i just don't see that continuing to that degree. i see the show as smarter than that.
