Traffic Infraction help??

What's up guys, I was hoping you guys could provide me with some info on this situation I got into. I got a ticket for rolling through a stop sign. The cop that gave me the ticket was parked in front of the stop sign, I guess to catch people from the side. I had to drive around him stop then inch over to see past the cars parked to the side then turn right. I live in apartments so there are a lot of cars parked on the street. He stated that I did it before when I turned in the cul de sac where he was at to drop off my coworker. I have pictures of how he is parked. I honestly feel as though I did nothing wrong. I mean who would try to do something wrong when there is a cop right behind you. Can I fight this?

Well so yeah, I had to drive around him to get in front of the stop sign marker. Stop then inch over to look to the left cause I was turning right to go park in my garage.

Last time I got a speeding ticket dude was using a radar gun from behind a tree. Literally walked into traffic with his hand out like Neo.

Almost ran his *** over. After I realized he was a cop.. Kinda wish I did

nope i tried fighting a speeding ticket+reckless bro, and even when i lawyered up the best that scumbag could get me was no points, and two 400dollar tickets... although i got off with no points, im still paying off my credit card



prosecutor will always believe the cop before you, and unless you lawyer up there's no way you will win just may get it lowered, but i doubt it

if i saw a cop there i woulda stopped for a full 5 seconds before inching forward so he knows damn well that i came to a complete stop.
