Hey guys, new member here, looking forward to participating.
I'm a absolute newb when it comes to jordan shoes, I have been studying up on determining real vs fake and let me tell, it's amazing the quality of the fakes I've seen.

With that aside, I'm also a reseller. I typically find shoes at the thrift shops and flea markets to resell.

This particular pair of Jordan's I bought at the local thrift shop.
I sold them on ebay, and now the buyer is claiming they are fake.. They very well could be, I'm going to start doing my due diligence prior to selling shoes online.

What do you peeps thinks? Real or Fake?

Thanks in advance!

these are fakes

the top 2 lace holes should not have sewn circles around them

poor quality leather used, should be smooth tumbled leather

carbon fiber should be light grey

fake hologram that does not change colors

production date does not touch bar code on size tag

Easy fakes..The #1 problem with resellers today..It would be in your best interests to learn your shoes before deciding to be a shoe salesman.

resell thrift shop shoes and flea market shoes? seriously youre better off collecting soda cans and redeeming them.

You definitely need to study your shoes before you decide to resell.

No need to sling mud here guys. I'm definitely not claiming to be an expert with shoes and it appears I might need to venture away from them. As far as collecting cans, I throw all mine away. PM me you want my address to dig them out, garbage day is tomorrow.

Not gonna tell you what to do with your shoes, but please think about recycling your cans bro.

RE-cycling >>> RE-selling

at least the thread started has recognized that they are fake and I assume will issue a full refund to the seller, I will give him that. Some sellers as we are all aware, knowingly try and sell fakes as legit, so i'll give him the credit for reaching out to right his wrong. But yea man, as others have stated, research research research before selling. Good on you though for recognizing and fixing your wrong.

Yup, I came to the table and made right with the buyer. They still want the shoes, so I gave them 80% of their money back. Ive been buying and reselling for years now, and I know how i would feel I got burned... Been burned many times... I had over 600 transactions on ebay last year, not a SINGLE negative or even neutral feedback. Don't try and tell me anything about reselling8)
