I'm about to cop a pair of Toro's but they're .5 bigger than my actual size. Will this matter too much?

not that much actually just may crease more but as for me i actually go up .5 on 4s

Not too much.  It depends on the width of your feet too.  If all else fails, throw on some thicker socks
