im no scientist its just my opinion.. But I think its a choice theres no scientific data backing that its related to genes as there are people who are deemed crazy who really dont have a choice.

I just think that most dudes who are born are not just attracted to guys right out the womb. Most gay guys have been with women in their lives so if they choose to be with a guy after they been with a girl that is his choice and he is open to doing that. Unless this guy who comes straight out the womb and goes straight to banging guys and never ever dated and even thought about banging a girl than I cannot explain that.

Anyone who believes being gay is a choice has never made to know a gay dude. I always thought being gay was a choice until I started working with a few. Just from their stories and their way of thinking you know they been about it from the get go. Also from a biological/genetic stand point , people are absolutely born gay.

This. people who say it's a choice don't have much life experiences with gay people. Worked with a few who knew very early in life and they weren't molested. Also worked with some who were married with children and they never felt "right". Only to come out later in life.
I have a couple of cousins who knew very early in life as well, hell, even the family was suspicious. This is really just a slap in face to those who have a different lifestyle.
Also, let's not forget, he's playing to core base of Republicans/conservatives.

I think it's both. Some people choose to be gay. Some people are just born SO attracted to men that it isn't a choice, same way most of us were naturally born attracted to women.
Attraction goes far beyond just objective appearance. You can't just say, "you're born attracted to women = straight, born attracted to men = homosexual" and that's it. Culture, upbringing, personality, your relationship with that person, even desperation, etc can lead you to become attracted to someone that you otherwise wouldn't.

The difference is that "straight" can be reproduced and passed on to the next generation. That's not up for debate.
Some people may be "born gay".
But there is no question that other people, who are 'born straight", can and do chose to engage in homosexual practices and lifestyles.
