How much do you guys pay for rent and where do you live?

Townhome - 2 levels

1100 sq/ft
$950 w/o utilities
South Charlotte

Condo
1bed/1ba
900 sq/ft
$1250 w/o utilties
Uptown Charlotte
 
13 Hunnid, but I own a house, so....

I'm also bougie, sooo....
 
1,500 in soho/les. Got a doorman and security tho.



All that means is I gotta give a extra tip on holidays for holding the dam door for me b :smh: and I don't wanna be the cheap dude in the building.
 
950 for 2B2B + 2 car garage Duplex
+ 100 PG&E
+ 50 SMUD
+ 160 Internet/TV/Phone
+ 50 Renters insurance
 
Op I was paying $1300 for 3br house in LYNNWOOD 20min north of the city.

1100 for a 2br in UDistric right by UW campus

Now currently $325 my share 3br 1bath house Chino Hills, CA. Utilities $80 my share
 
Copped a duplex recently. Still got tenants til June 1st

Lower level is 2BR/ 1Bath 825 a month
Upper level is 1BR/ 1Bath 625 a month

Electricity is on the Wisconsin "budget plan" so no matter what they use its 85 a month

This is in Milwaukee, WI.

$2450 mortgage on a 2BR 2B condo in Mclean, VA.  Utilities obviously not included.

elec- 30 / 9 months - summer months 120+ (leave ac on )

cable - 160 

renter insurance - 38
