$1,077 for a studio in SF which includes gas, electric, garbage and water. I got rent control though cause it should be $1,800 now.

Pretty much this size but way older SF building.

Probably about 300. It feels like having a small master bedroom as your apartment. I do have a wall that divides my living area and the kitchen. The gas and electric is what is good about my place. I jack up the heat all day when it's winter time. The worst part is my window faces another person's apartment. I think if I had a window overlooking the street, I'd be happier but I keep my blinds closed cause the chinese old couple across the way always has theirs down.

West LA/Mar Vista 1br $2,050 a month, not including utilities. One of the biggest reasons as to why my wife and I are moving back to the Bay Area in a few months.

Are u on the peninsula? My buddy and I just started looking...

Anything less than $2,500 a month for a 2 bedroom and we are in, but these winter rentals are killing us.
