Hahaah at all those tumblr hipsters who went to New York  after the housing market crash of 08 and took advantage of low home prices with their DSLR cameras strapped to their back, and starbucks and  macbooks in hand. Did their little occupy thing. They drove prices through the roof and now 5 years later they wanna move back with mom and pop.

Life is strange.

Don't come to vegas. If you drive up our home prices while im saving for a house im gonna be

Yeah, I need to take vacations next year and check out some west coast cities. I've also heard how beautiful Vancouver is.
 
Yeah take these hipsters out of my city. Can't handle a little cold because of your "fashionable" sheer blouse scarf combo. They destroyed public transit as well as the housing situation

Going to be 40s and above all week. Real nice. Hopefully the winter weather is done, I'm running out of places to put snow.

This really applies to brooklyn but they basically over crowded train stations making commutes difficult because of the locations they decided to move to as a group. With these people having no intention of getting a license ever, they have become the blood clot in transit vein.
 
I will have been A NY'er for 30 years this year. City has much to offer but me personally, I want a change of pace and environment. I still want to live in or very near a popular city so i'm making my list.

At the same time people can say *>NY till their dying breath but deep in their heart of hearts they will have to appear at god's doorsteps and all god will do will be shaking his head and you'll know, and you'll have to bow your head in repentance for your sins against NY and its C.
