Is there anything better than chromecast?

But I love Chromecast. My only complaint is that on the free movie sites, there's lag if you're casting the bootleg way. Wish every movie player had a cast tab. Someone know a way around that?
 
Chrome cast is the best. you can just mirror free content on the tv. Newer devices have zero lag. I screen mirrored from my laptop to my TV and it was pretty awesome.

I'm actually quite excited for it. I stopped using a computer at home after my laptop crashed over a year ago.

My iPad and iPhone has been enough to keep me occupied at home, but I still wanted a computer to edit documents and what not.

The intel stick would be just what i'm looking for if i'm able to purchase microsoft office with it.

Pretty much anything you wanna watch and the interface is user friendly, even live TV.  You can find them already jailbroken on eBay.

Can someone give me a lesson on how to mirror my ipad screen onto my tv using Chromecast?

I love my chromecast, but wish an Amazon Prime app existed.  Love how seamless the casting of youtube, hulu and Netflix is.  If I could only cast my amazon prime.

Took me less than 30 mins to setup tvmc on a fire stick, crazy it carries a 50 dollar premium. If you've got the skills, learn how to.

This right here + Showbox = God Level. I've got my phone, smart tv and laptop networked. I can use my phone from my bed to play movies on my laptop directly to my tv. I can screenmirror from my phone to my tv or laptop. I can stream from Showbox directly to my TV or watch/download on my phone. Netflix/HBO Go already built into my Smart tv. I can use my S4 to control my tv and cable box. The flourish is unending. Can't even imagine what I could pull off with an S6.

Exactly. Only wanted chromecast to watch TV/movies, so no need for apps/netflix when you can mirror it directly from the internet. Simple and cheap.
