Do you keep the boxes of things you buy?

I do tend to keep boxes for bigger and more expensive stuff. I have moved quite a bit and it definitely makes packing easier to pack my PS3, DVD players, Speakers etc, I keep small boxes for phones etc I guess thats just hoarding. I dont keep boxes for big TVs etc longer than the return period.

I keep my shoes in the boxes until they become beaters then I toss the boxes or use them to store other stuff.

Usually just for electronics.

I have the box for my tv. I've moved around a lot and its easier to just pack it in the box and load it in the truck.

Other times I keep the box because the manuals and warranty card is in it. Plus additional crap that I wont use i.e. RCA cables that came in old console boxes.

I keep no boxes at all lol it seems like a waste of space
This. I do keep them broken down in my house though till trash day...

I keep too many damn boxes. Mostly the ones of things that are well packaged... and shoes. I keep telling myself I don't need them but I can't throw them out. Low key hoarding. :smh:

I've moved twice since picking up a 40'' TV and I don't know how else I would've safely moved it from one end of town to the other without the original box.

aside from that i've retained boxes for iphones, pc parts, & headsets over the years without any justifiable reason for keeping them around. also kept my ps3 box until I picked up a ps4, as though one somehow replaced the other; zero logic.

good thread, op.
