Splitting rent w/ a couple? 1/3 or 1/2?

What's good playas? Just wondering is it reasonable to split rent 1/3 each even if you move in with a couple and I'm just by myself? Or is 1/2 the fair thing?

Half if you're occasionally getting yambs from ol' girl.

1/3 if that isn't the case.
 
If the couple is staying in one room 1/2, if all three have their own room 1/3. I can't see how you devide a 2br into 3.

If your moving in to an already established place with a couple def 1/3.

If you and your mans have a place and he just happens to have his chick over "everyday" and basically living there then maybe a 60/40 split since the deal was already in place.

You were on the right track. If he moving in a homies pad, how can he move in and ask to devide the rent by a third. It's not like the homie was charging his girl half before he moved in.

Nah yo. Couples split all the time. So if he moving in he should just be added into the split.

I get where you going with things but OP this sounds kinda messy already.
 
1/2 for rent if they share a room and obviously 1/3 on utilities.

Put a camera in the bathroom.
 
Ive never seen case where a couple and a loner gets a place together. All but one case is where a couple allows someone to move in and the couple charges rent. Most of the time it's half rent, no matter the size of the house. In this case the couple is being majorly inconvenience. I had a homie move and we halfed everything.I wasn't trying to make a permanent situation and i needed him not to want to stay long. I went from coming home to see my girl lounging in her bra and panties to this dude lounging. for the whole 6mo he was there my girl would one let me smash in our walk in closet, cause she was scared to make too much noise. My girl would randomly walk up to me drop down and slob me, that went out the widow. she would inform me she shaved but putting my hand in her panties, that went out the window. She still did it but it was no longer randomly anywhere in house. My girl turned into a hermit crab she stayed in the bedroom and never came out. As a couple we lost out big time, while the homie was there.
 
I can't see why out of all the people you could move in with, it would be a couple
