First roommate I ever had pulled that 1/2 mess on me, and I let it slide because they were cool. Then his girl started eating my food and stealing my toilet paper.
Don't get hustled. If they wont split 3 ways, get out of there.

Thanks homies my boy is getting married in May and I just want insight. I'm going to say 1/3 and they get the master. We are all RNs so I think we can stay in our lanes.

What's the wife gonna do when you steal her man? If y'all build a great relationship and play video games all day she might get jealous and bring another man in the house, then it's gonna be 3 men and 1 women.

Rent is based on bedrooms. If they are different size you can change it marginally. Utilities should be split for each individual.
I've roomed with a couple before. The house was sublet by room (all the same size) so you pay the price per room. Since we had to turn on electricity, cable, etc ourselves we split that x-ways among the tenants.
