A little help from the experts out there please. This is a very basic Nike found in a discount shoe store.

I really enjoyed these shoes, but as you can see they are done for. I would like to find another pair but have not been able to locate them online. Can anyone help ID these for me?

Or, if the tags inside the shoes are still readable, I advise you to check the product code (should look like 123456-789 w/o "-") and Google it. But even if you could identify it, I've got to say that it'd probably be difficult to find the exact same shoe in DS condition tho.
