All depends. If you have a deal with direct advertiser..01 cent to .05 per ad view and sometimes more. Some tubers setup direct deals with companies

YouTube ads is like less then 1 cent per ad view.

Sometimes they get paid off clicks,so off views

But one thing for sure those top tubers making at least 30k a month or more

Interesting. So for youtubers getting half a million views a day for daily vlogs, for say 30days equates to ~150k a month if they get $.01 cents per views. Before taxes, youtube's cut and other expenses of course.

That'll be cool with me. Can't see how people would even try to live off of youtube profits alone. I didn't know it cost that much to edit videos though.
 
I've been subscribed to him for a a few years now.

Youtube stuff isn't as easy as one would think especially if it isn't something you really really enjoy or are passionate about unless you wanna be a character.

They usually don't start out that way it's a process. You can see the progress if you go through their videos from the beginning (equipment,quality, editing etc) gets better over time as they make more money

Not sure if I believe this info. If he made 3 milli off of having 2 mil subscribers that means someone like Jenna Marbles made 20 mill based off the fact she has 14 mil subscribers.
Not buying it. Yeah theyre making good money but millions...............nah
 
I read about this dude the other day. Beautiful to see a young black brother getting paid like this. :smokin

Best part is that he puts out quality content, not trash pranks and useless rants.

He's okay as a review but I wouldn't take his word a 100%. Seems like a cool guy though.
 
i seen this guy at youtube before you even made this thread... didnt know he was cakin like that... but his reviews are usually on point so props to him

I just remember him reviewing a camera and saying something totally false about it. I am not even sure which camera it was but from there, I always had doubts about his reviews.


So pretty much anyone having a million subscribers is making good money right? I only follow so many Youtube channels but Digital Rev that does camera reviews hit a million last year. I bet they must be caking in some dough. Their reviews aren't even that extensive. They really just have a good host.

Does MKBHD works for other tech online bloggers? or he's independent?

I want him to stay on his own than working under other tech bloggers... I enjoy almost all of his video.
