2015 has been all about the Sriracha boom...

Yea its crazy.

Wasnt on of themost popular companies about to go out of business last year?

That sweet siracha sauce Pizza Hut is using is great.

Ima Lousianna Hotsauce user for the most part, but siracha is in the cupboard.

Texas Pete is highly underrated.
Shout out to Chic-Fil-A because they keep that Texas Pete on deck :smokin

I got put on like a year or two ago and haven't looked back, and yes I've noticed all the push it's been getting. I love it. :pimp:

It's so popular now that I had a coworker (non asian of course) that made some sriracha from scratch with a bunch of friends. I am like, who has a condiment making party?! That's like saying let's make soy sauce from scratch with you friends. Just seems so dumb to me.

i been putting it on Pizza, chili, hot dogs, clam chowder, burgers, etc, etc for years, but OP is right it has blown up in the last year. all of a sudden its on many fast food items, potato chip flavors, even beer

Its really good on those big bowls of asian noodles wit da soup and beef etc

I need dat siracha foamposite tho.
Clear green bottom.

it's been around for years, but yea I've noticed recently it's more in the mainstream places like jack in the box, etc.

I still only stick with it when I'm eating Asian food. It looks like its hitting other strides though. It has a nice heat and solid flavor/texture.. No hate there. In general, I just dont mix hot sauces with anything and everything. There is a good solid list of times and places I use it

I cant really go for Tabasco though either.

I'm a huge fan of this stuff

Now this has a REAL kick.

I use this on chicken wings and soups. It adds a real nice zing without too much added extra flavors

I'm DM'd Subway like 20 times asking where I could get their creamy Sriracha sauce and all they would do is deflect and thank me for being a loyal customer
