anyone know this shoe?

I got these in winter of 2009 and it's by far my favorite pair I've ever owned. can anyone help me figure out any more info about them? I'd love to find another pair.

this is the only picture I have of them. they're a mid/high, got a mainly black/white houndstooth design, but almost a subtle grey stripe/checker pattern underneath the houndstooth.
