The funny thing is most of the folks here would probably like authentic Chinese food as it's really accessible.

People can take trips to the Chinatown in their city or look for restaurants in areas with a big Chinese population. Ordering takeout is just so much more convenient. Haven't been to Chinatown in years but I do go to a dim sum place every couple of months.

You ever notice any meat delivery trucks at chinese spots? Makes you wonder where the meats from :nerd:

I would assume in the early morning when we're not awake.

I've never even seen a truck deliver meat to any restaurant either.

I think you're right. It would depend on where you live but I know there's a place about 10 miles from here where almost all the people you see eating in there are Chinese immigrants. Food is suppose to be great.

Is slamming my hand on the table to get the waiter's attention inappropriate?

Boneless Ribs and White Rice. :pimp:

I do need to try some authentic stuff tho.

Extra crispy sweet & sour pork with a thin batter to meat ratio. Expensive Peking duck, high quality roast pork, Dry fried ribs or pork chops, salt & pepper wings. For dim sum the 3 items I always get is shumai (pork & shrimp dumpling), ribs in black bean sauce, & chicken feet in black bean sauce eaten with rice & dipped in soy sauce chili oil mixture View media item 1451635
