Great analysis!
I peeped the interview. I was intrigued and disappointed at the same time. Yall can get hyped and inspired about Dames pack of cookies interview all yall want but the numbers don't lie...That mentality and lack of humility in that industry only last for so long before it catches up and swallows you whole. That's what happened to Dame. Spending more money than you make...35k a month for a single property?! Since the Roc split, he's faced multiple foreclosures, vehicle repossession(s), rape allegations, lawsuits from the very lawyers and firms that represented him, a public divorce, and ended up dissolving a 50mil fortune to zero to pumping "chipz" which actually happens to be packs of cookies on the breakfast club. Now, selling 100k of a low budget movie @ $10 a pop sounds great to a anyone but what's the likes of that happening on paper with no proper distribution? Dame hasn't always made the best business moves in my opinion and has taken some L's so all that "I never save money, i put in back in the streets" thing is a little ridc. cause everyone knows residual flips are the best. Let's not forget that HORRIBLE pro-keds deal he made where HE paid pro-ked's to run a marketing campaign with their brand just make a cut of sales. That went downhill. Now i agree, put your own money up - if you have it. If not then what? I feel like he was avoiding that very simple question while essentially calling ppl with 9 to 5's scared and weak which is nonsense. i don't mean to sound like a hater but that interview to me was like your dropout uncle tryna tell you, "you better stay in school boy"
what ever happened with pro keds? they don't even have a website anymore, at least from what I'm seeing right now...

lolWhat grown man eats another man's cookies? A real man would make his own cookies, pause. Eating another mans cookies makes him your boss, and that's the same as calling him daddy.
