Charlamagne was interviewed and reflects on the Dame Dash interview.

One of the best gems I picked up from this was "When you become a so called boss, then EVERYONE becomes your boss."

I watched that entire interview and it's got me feeling totally different about myself and live. I remember seeing a glimpse of his drive on that show ultimate hustler. I can't imagine him and kanye in an argument.

End of the day I'd rather be in Envy's position than Dame's; host of a wildly popular syndicated radio show, love what I'm doing, got kids that look up to me, and knowing that my kids are good if anything happens.

As opposed to hanging out with ****** i would avoid on the street, making community college student films, and carrying around 8 packs of some stale *** cookies.

Don't nobody want none of those nasty *** cookies.

LoL real talk b

HOW Sway! You don't really know what position envy is in. Pause. Other than being under another man.

If he tried to say Dame's cookies were trash his boss would've fired him. Cuz bosses have a code of honor and they don't disrespect other bosses.

why karmaloop tho that website is dying

its peak was the tumblr phase now not so much.

It's just proof of how bad a businessman/investor Dame is.

I bet all my money that Kanye gave Dame all of the production money for that bootleg ghetto soap opera and buying him karmaloop just for the simple fact that he pities the man.

My two cents, if you're the type of person that was already thinking of starting your own business, continue moving in that direction. If you weren't, continue in that direction. What Dame Dash said is just a bit of boot camp style motivation if you are already inclined to NOT work for someone else. Stay focused and manage your time.

I guess since I played football in high school and was in the military, I have thicker skin than some people and didn't take what he said as a personal attack on me because I work a 9 to 5. I took it as motivation to follow through and complete what I'm doing on the side until I can pay myself.
