adidas won't renew NBA sponsorship

Im not a fan of the endorser logo on the Game Worn Jerseys. I wish they had the NBA logo, like it used to be. To me, thats the only way it should be. As much as I like the swoosh, I do not like it on the left side above the Team Logo.

NBA sold it's soul. That's not a shock but sometimes it is. We're now gonna have two brand logos (swoosh, then company A) on tops of uniforms and it looks D-league-ish.

Oh did someone say D-League?

The NBA Development League will undergo a name change next season in a multi-year corporate sponsorship deal with Gatorade.

Beginning with 2017-18, the league will be known as the NBA Gatorade League, or the G-League instead of the D-League. It marks the first time a U.S. professional sports league has named an entitlement partner.

Lastly, We can laugh at the thought of this now, but how soon in the future is this going to be happening:

I always wondered how soccer fans could buy jerseys with those big stupid company logos on the jerseys. bimbo or the big chevrolet logo look so bad.

This.
I hate all soccer jerseys. In europe the Sponsors take way too much weight in the jersey design.
If the NBA really follows that way, no jerseys will be bought by me for sure.

Can we talk about how trash adidas made the NBA All-Star jerseys tho

They been trash for so many years now. Their default was to just put a few stars and make the west red and the east blue.

i got some ideas

Those jerseys look like pajamas  creativity has really been lacking for awhile. I can't pinpoint exactly when, but going away from actual logos on the uniforms to just words is one part of it.

All Star jerseys been T R A S H for around years now. It's sad how bad they are. Adidas got it right like twice. If they're not gonna try, why not just let them wear their actual jerseys. If I was in charge, I would have every player wearing a throwback out there. **** would be hard as hell.

Adam Silver, hire me for your jersey department. **** would be so much better.

The designers lazy AF. They make the people who designed the new clippers logo and uniforms look talented.

Jordan should have just kept the Swoosh on one side of the jersey and let the Jumpman go on the other to keep things looking crisp.

Now we're gonna see some weak *** sponsor on there instead.

That jumpan is gonna look tight until the Progressive Insurance or Hanes logo is plastered on the other side twice the size.

Side note - what are the future throwbacks of these corporate jerseys going to be like? Are the sponsor patches going to have to be on them to make them truly authentic?

Looking forward to this offseason to see what nike comes up with for these teams.

Many teams recently got new jerseys already

Hawks
Raptors
Philly

I think Wolves will be the first redesign
