Is it hard getting around with a foot cast on?

Got a cousin coming to visit, saw that he recently got a foot cast on

Its a small fracture of some sort, i think it's the feet.

Anyways, people that have had a cast on before.
Could you get around decently?

Most importantly has anyone taken long distance flights with a foot cast on before?
Something about troubles with the air pressure

Trying to see how much help he actually needs when he arrives?







Don't athletes that are injured travel with their teams? I'm assuming it'll be ok.
