Jordan Retro 9 Anthracite "Non Oregon" - 9/12/15

I owned the oregon 9 up until a couple months ago and I can guarantee we won't get the same exact shoe quality wise unless it's $250+. I can't see them bringing out this shoe to the public anyway.
 
Well i was just saying the shoe in general in one or way or another as for as looks. Idk bout materials, wouldnt expect it to be any different than the rest of 2015's releases
 
I had the first retro olive 9s that were dyed black at some stores back before I even knew what was what :lol:

These are nice. Won't cop, but nice.

I remember back when the Olives came out in 2002, Athlete's Foot took all of their pairs and dyed the olive to make them black. I've never in my life known of another time that an authorized retailer customized Jordans, but I swear it happened. I didn't buy them, but I should have.

. I saw a LOT of people with them and assumed they did it themselves. They should have just released Darius Miles' PE pair to the public.

No bs. Although I shouldn't have said "all their pairs". They dyed the pairs after they didn't sell (as regular olives) for several months.

Anyone from philly that's been coppin kicks for a long time probably remembers. Athletes foot in the gallery, next to Kmart.
 
Would be dope if they release em with the O on the back.

wow, I guess people nowadays are too young too remember this. I remember granite run malls athelets foot was doing this. Me and My homies use to skip the first half of school to get the new releases :smokin ...I'm pretty sure LeBron wore the blacked out pair during his rookie season too
 
I can't wait to actually see pictures of these, if they do release, but they sound pretty dope as of right now. I would have liked for the Oregon 5's to release even without the Oregon branding, because the colorways look pretty dope on their own. But, the Oregon branding gives them a nice touch :pimp:.
 
Cant go wrong with a neutral colorway, Im in.

The pic Drew posted got them looking Dark grey, almost like some shadow Xs, in the form of a 9.
If thats the case, all the better,imo.

Edit: didnt notice O om back, wont buy if thats the case.
