If u live in a urban area where u got broke low life's and junkies u can pro up. Take them to the local community college, make em register for school take the tests take an id pic etc. Fill them out a schedule of all online classes and fill out the financial aid and loans for whatever amount y'all agree and charge whatever u want. Was charging dudes a stack to get them back 5k. Take a fiend u can easily ask them do they wanna make a quick 500 and pow u got 4500. Don't pay em until everything gets approved tho. Me and others made a lot of cheese a few years back but I let it go after a while.
 
If you can get a chick to sell, not her *****, but her eggs to a hospital you can make $20k

Nah he ain't lying about the iPhone. That's another big thing in our city the iPhone scam. Take people in the store, they get approved for x amount of lines, u pay the price that a new contract person pays. Get approved for 6 lines? 6 iphones and u flip em all for full price. My cousin and her dude got a person that wipe that **** out the system too so they can do it multiple times with a person. Them mfers living crazy dude got a drawer in their crib with at least 60 iPhone and about 10 iPads. My sis was sending me pics of their new crib then sent that pic. I was gonna hop on but **** over saturated now everybody doing it. Plus we were getting just as much money as them.

Be prepared for the headaches that come from having section 8 tenants. Don't think it's gonna be as easy as sitting back and collecting

I got a side hustle right now involving flipping cars, unfortunately its in a grey area in terms legality so I can't really share it. I started a couple weeks ago and there is def money to be made in it.

I'm hoping by the end of the year I can get into real estate. I just copped my first duplex but it will be owner occupied with one additional tenant.

I plan to cop a foreclosure by the end of the year for 10-15K after that I will probably throw another 15K in it and rent it out to section 8 (guaranteed income)

I'm hoping to get 5 cribs in 5 years but what can I say I'm ambitious. :smokin

All these hustles you must be a multi millionaire by now.  I still don't get the financial aid one though, wouldn't the bum/crackhead/lowlife just keep the financial aid check for themselves since it's in their name?
 
Xennial Xennial nah b. U can get a card and the money gets transferred to the card. So when they take the pic for the card I take it. Take my cut off then give them the card full of cash. I stopped doing it a couple years ago tho cuz somebody put a new dude on and son took a stack of cards and disappeared. How do u tell street cats that u ain't got the 5 bands u was supposed to give em? Yeas I called it quits after that. Son got away with around 50k smh.
