Side Hustles 2015

I'll guess he has a store on Amazon

There is potential to make good money on there, and Amazons model does make it attractive Since they take care of storage, shipping, returns, etc

The catch is, in order to make good $$ you need to commit to some pretty rigorous market research to find products that have a demand, but are not worthwhile for Amazon to sell directly (because once they do, you'll be out of business yourself).

know someone who got into selling specialized sporting goods on Amazon, being a financial analyst certainly helped with his ability to identify the market he got into, he now owns a town house near Capitol Hill

doubt anyone would share. less competition.

Dead *** your actually wrong here fam. I've shared a lot of my plugs with NT in the past.

Honestly this community was built on the idea of helping other like minded people out.

I got a side hustle right now involving flipping cars, unfortunately its in a grey area in terms legality so I can't really share it. I started a couple weeks ago and there is def money to be made in it.

I'm hoping by the end of the year I can get into real estate. I just copped my first duplex but it will be owner occupied with one additional tenant.

I plan to cop a foreclosure by the end of the year for 10-15K after that I will probably throw another 15K in it and rent it out to section 8 (guaranteed income)

I'm hoping to get 5 cribs in 5 years but what can I say I'm ambitious. :smokin

I'm saving cash to build up some apartments from scratch back home in Trinidad.

Next project after that is to buy an apartment building up here. By time I pay it off, I'll be almost ready to retire.

And then I'll just reap the income from Tennants from my multiple properties. And not worry about pension 457/401k all that.

I use to be embarrassed because I haven't really started with my 401K (just turned 27 Saturday) and I know that there is good money in doing that but the more I hustle the more I feel like I can create my own stable streams of income that will be much more profitable than just trusting some random guys with my investment money etc.

Not saying I won't ever get the 401K etc but right now I'm giving myself that chance to build my own wealth.

It doesn't help that my company only matches 3% tho.

The only side hustle I'm interested in for 2015 is acquiring more knowledge of the nursing sciences.

I love my career choice, and I want to educate myself more in dealing with diseases and the current events in nursing practices so that I can better serve my patients. :nthat:

Knowledge is power. Money is only secondary. :smokin
