Underground Rapper Claims Kendrick Stole Negus Concept

Niketalk is acting weird, my description of the video won't appear in the OP

My boy sent me this last night; apparently this is a classmate of his who used the word NEGUS in a song like two years ago with the exact same intonation that Kendrick did in the  album version of "i".

According to this dude, Kendrick stole that concept from him. Read the description.

What do you think? Obviously the vid has buku dislikes which is to be expected, but did Kendrick really steal from this dude? Or is it a ploy for attention?

I really don't think this Negus concept was stolen, but that's just me.
 
Is it a debate over who used the word first? Because there were a lot of NT'ers saying it a few years ago before it got banned :lol:
