Teens shoot and kill 51 year old man walking his dog

Conflicting, so many things wrong with this situation. The fact you have minors thinking like this makes u question why? It's it because they're just unruly, lack of upbringing, lack of economics, did something in them become triggered after strung countless body's like them being killed, is it the music, movies, what? They just played into what society wanted, more black males in prison :smh:

crazy because it's not even a bad area, it's around St Joes University not too far from the main line

the guys daughter usually walks the dog with him but that night he told her it was too late :smh:

Sad, why try and struggle with the lil idiots over a couple bucks tho?

You an older dude you gotta let that ride and call the cops.

serious?

That's when police say he was approached by three juveniles attempting a robbery. Police say Stuhlman pleaded for his life, saying, "Please don't shoot me. Please don't shoot me." But he was still shot once in the chest.

The suspects ran off, without taking any of Stuhlman's belongings.

The thing here looks like they got shook and reacted.

I know they instantly regretted it right afterwards, too.

Smh.

I have a buddy that for killed while trying to rob someone...

Strong arm robbery is the most ridiculous, dumbest criminal act... Because much of the time, the robber doesn't get more than a couple hundred dollars...

And these kids didn't get anything... That let's you know they were shook after doing it.

I hope they turn their lives around while in prison... 20+ years down the line, they'll be up for parole.

I hope they're gone long before then.

Giving cold blooded murderers the benefit of the doubt :smh

im sure you'd have the same view of victim was in your family, though, so your views are entirely impartial

I don't think anyone is giving them the benefit of the doubt. If the article is accurate, they are absolutely guilty of killing that man.

I think most are saying this was an attempted robbery turned horribly bad, not a killing for the sake of murdering someone else.

I think they could be rehabilitated, but I'm also "ok" with them spending the rest of their natural lives in jail.

the guy pleaded for his life and they shot him in cold blood

By no means am I justifying this ridiculous act. But these young cats probably don't even comprehend what they just did. Or maybe they do. But as a teen I didn't think much...

at max.

R.I.P. May those teens be trialed as adults.

y'all lame as **** for these responses, bruh
While I don't think the comment is necessary, as I've already gone through this **** in the other thread where a cop disabled the indian man in the south.

It's true, the comment isn't needed at all, but that doesn't change the fact that it's probably true.

Inb4 I'm called a SWS by Mr. Marcus.

(indian btw)

These 2 scum need to spend life in jail. So goddamn sad.

I'm definitely not giving them the "benefit of the doubt" I'm just saying I don't think the kids went to rob him with the intent to kill the man. Whatever the situation I agree with the harsh punishment they deserved, but I believe it is a robbery that went bad and they panicked and ran after the gun went off that's why they didn't take anything.

The papers and news outlets will add whatever to a story to sell it. They're saying that they are baffled that the kids didn't take anything and it's because they didn't go into the robbery with the intent to kill the man. There was a struggle because the man was resisting maybe and the gun went off and the victim died from his wound. Guessing after the gun went off the three kids panicked and ran away so that's why they didn't take anything.

God forbid we look at something from another point of view

Yeah I guess you can say it was looking at it at a different point of view. But, again I'm not excusing what these kids did nor any harsh punishment they receive with their actions from this incident.

Repped.

Yes you hit the nail on the head with your comment of what I was thinking. Repped.

If they would have all came up with a story and stuck with it they could have got away because they had on hoodies so the camera really couldn't ID them by face.

:rolleyes :smh:

I know it sounds and looks bad and you guys are right if it was someone I knew or was close to my point of view would be different. I was just saying that because when I watch those shows like first 48 most criminals pretty much give themselves away and would get away with a lot more crimes if they were smarter about how they went about dealing with a situation.

Again not excusing what they kids did.
