NTNY always shows you shoes and allows you to switch pairs as most retailers do and I believe they are suppose to if available. I am a bit of a perfectionist with my sneakers so I can understand.

Yea I hear ya.. To be honest that's one of the main reasons why I do not purchase shoes online... I wanna physically SEE wat the actual product that I'm buying and spending my money on really looks like. Even if I find a pair cheaper online I'd rather find it locally to ensure myself that I'm gettin a pair that I knw I'll be 100% satisfied with. Jus my .02 cents..
