Some people make good money but know how to spend it. Just because you have a good job and excellent pay doesn't mean they have the mentality to throw away money on stupid shoes

Not entirely true.
If you make 30k a year and spend 3k a year on shoes that's 10% of your pay allocated to shoes.
If you make 100k a year and spend 10k a year on shoes that's also 10% of your pay allocated to shoes.
I break things down just as I do with my business P&L.
Same percentages.
Only difference is the monies afforded to spend towards a hobby.
Like I said earlier - all relative.
