mmm i respect your reasoning, nicely put. idk i just find it that with the white side panel, it makes the orange look brighter as an illusion to the brain, thus making it kind of out of place with the black canvas. like it doesn't flow well as a color combo to me. i feel like if it were fully black with the orange hits (just like you said, another form of breds), the orange will appear to be more edgy and dark which would kind of look flames with that buttery leather. and plus, lately, there has been too many 3-way color blocking 1's the frags, barons, chicagos in may, and now these... hell i ever think the b&w's come close because i hate how the color layout came for that shoe. im in need for that edgy shadow or bred jordan 1 shoe but something new....

Repped....for all the effort you put into thinking about the layout of these Jordan 1's. Lol. I didnt delve in. I'm from the DMV...I like the orioles and bright colors. This shoe works for me.

The Laser's are terrible. Saw them again yesterday and I can't even buy them for $100. The soft leather doesn't even save them for me.

Maybe terrible is too strong of a word, but no bueno for ME.

Lol. Yup, definitely wishful, but possible due to the 11 lows set to drop the same weekend.

Terrible is way too strong of a word. They're fresh on feet. I'm biased though. I just LOVE Jordan 1's.

I'm surprised that this thread is only 10 pages deep. I like the shoe a lot and will try to pick it up, but I'd have to say that the Bred XI makes it tricky. If anyone knows the numbers on this release, help a brother out!

Lol. I dont think you understand. If these are limited like they're saying then it may be a pass for you too...unless you're into paying resellers. That was my point...if limited I'm passing. I'm too old to jump through hoops to give JB my $.

I get that. But I do pretty decent online wise. If I strike out I take the L and don't pay resell. There are plenty of shoes to buy at or below retail.
