something I meant to bring up earlier, for those that have touched the "lux" pair
did it feel like a brillo pad to yall? I swear that is the hardest suede I've ever touched in my life

I can't be the only one really disappointed with the lazy effort on the tongue right? I swear they put no effort into making the adidas branding look good on the rose line anymore. It's huge and the tongue is really thick and shapeless.

Just created and ordered a pair today. Used code "HOOSIERS" for 30% off. Adidas charged $12 for shipping but getting a custom shoe for under $133 (after tax and shipping) is awesome. Credit instagram for the code. Not sure when it expires. I'll probably post some pictures when they arrive.

I have never tried on a pair of boost BBALL shoes and I have interest in the black/red colorway. How do boost feel in comparison in to Nike Zoom Air? It seems like a lot of people are praising it like it's more responsive then Zoom Air. Can someone tell me as far as the comfort and so forth of Boost?

Zoom Air is more responsive because the fibers are shorter so you get faster spring back. Boost is not quite as responsive imo as its a thicker foam but they are extremely comfortable. The Boost in the Rose 5 is not thick like the 6 so those are more responsive. Cushion and comfort is bar none on the Boost.

Had a chance to play in one game in the lux colorway. The shoe is extremely comfortable and plush. Traction is beastly. I could feel it work every time. Can't say that for other shoes. Boost is really comfortable and stable.
My only recommendation is to not get the suede. Like someone said before, it's like brillopad. I think the away colorway would be perfect.

Hmm sounds like it's like the upper on the Rose 5 Aways. Good thing I didn't buy them. Love that carbon fiber heel though so maybe grab them on a deep discount.
Doubt the 30% code would still work for the Away release but luckily adidas sent a 20% code.
