Being a fan of ChiTown i couldnt help myself. My first Adidas shoe, i thought i'd go ''all in'' and customize one. What do you guys think?

And also, nightwing has listed the shoe to be 15.09oz, in the weartesters' review, which is like .. i dont know, not so heavy for me? (would you guys consider that heavy..?) Since i currently play with clutchfit drives(1), and i just weighd them and they are like 14.8. The difference is like close to none. Not even 10 grams.


And seeing some reviews on the curry 2, the traction is beast(although they said the same for D Rose 6, but needs wiping). I have no idea about the upper material, as far as which is better(mine are textile[which is like the home colorway basically, mesh]). The cushioning.. well, we all know the boost is right now the most comfortable and responsive, as far as i have read all those reviews. And you are not sacrificing court feel? not much i'd think. But since D Rose 6 is wearing them, and he is a dude with crazy needs(cutting, speed) i think thats the right go to shoe for PGs right now. My opinion. 

Hopefully i ll get my first dunk in those shoes

so instead of xeno snake like the other 4 shoes, the basketball prs are based off of other animals, rose the hawk and lillard the cheeta.....i'll post the text from the site and the site below

adidas Basketball has officially introduced their latest “XENO Iridescent” Pack that is highlighted with the XENO material that adidas Originals has used time-and-time again on past silhouettes.

It took a few years, but now the XENO material debuts on a pair of adidas Basketball models that includes the adidas D Rose 6 and the adidas D Lillard 1.

Both pairs are first released in an all-Black color scheme that are completed with the XENO reflective color changing detailing. The D Rose 6 feature a falcon graphic and the D Lillard 1 has a cheetah graphic to mimic a predator’s eyes during attack mode.

Thanks for the sizing advice fellas, stopped by the Adidas store yesterday and tried on a pair. Half size down was perfect. Checked my tracking and mine should be here tomorrow.

The upper i have chosen for my customized pair is Textile(so it says on the site) and they basically look like the home colorway, which are mesh. Now, are those 2 the same thing? English is not my first language, i can't really make sense of different materials in my nativa language anyways. Did i make the right choice going with that ''textile'' which basically looks like the home set-up? Or are the suede/synthetic leather ones more comfy(they fit better, they are lighter and more flexible)? Im ordering from the UK.

A lot of people seem to like the textile (Home) pair and synthetic (Away) is good too according to duke40 . It's the suede that looks to be the least popular.

1 of 2 came today. No shipping email or anything as well. Very comfortable. Expectations were met. Most comfortable sig out this year. Tongue logo is gold and it's 3m.

Yes I've seen them too, I even ordered them and I've received this

And this was the shoe on the website the discreption of the shoe matches the picture.

 

I dont know if I wait for the white cw or if I keep the grey, I paid 110€ it was 160€. I like the Xeno so I'm a bit stuck.

Adidas is pretty good about those 30% codes though, especially compared to NDC and UA.com.  Very good deals available.

Any advice would be welcome concerning my situation at the bottom of page 14. I dont really like the home colorway, but Adidas doesnt give any information about other cw.

Fitting day to get these in. It looks black but it's navy. Went with white snake print, should've went with clear reflective to make it little more noticeable.
