Official Adidas Derrick Rose Thread - D Rose 11

Couple quick cellphone shots of my miAdidas Rose 6's that just came. I plan to take better shots with a real camera since these dont really do the shoes justice (In a bad way). Unfortunately I ordered these BEFORE I heard about the suede being bad. If I had to choose one word to describe these it would probably be "disappointing".  If Adidas allowed returns of miAdidas products (like Nike) I think I would return them. I dont hate them but the "suede" is total crap. It isn't deep, vibrant, or rich in color like good suede. Good suede is also buttery soft. These look dull/dirty and feel like a damn Chiapet. Also the speckled paint seems like it was watered down. The paint isn't bold and I can see the background color bleeding through. Also the shoe's liner is a totally different material than my retail "Away" colorway. The Away colorway has a smooth shining interior with bold red coloring and I believe it is made of nylon. The miAdidas ones are dull and have a rough cloth liner with a darker red.  I do like the red eyelets and the reflective areas are nice. Again. I dont hate them. But I am disappointed.  I haven't worn them yet so I cant comment about how they feel compared to the synthetic leather Away colorway.

Just looks alone those look d amn good. Not sure about the suede feel but I like the dulled/matte black look.

Those are sick truecapt. The white boost with the white outsole and black midsole looks ill. The black suede gives it an EXT vibe but sucks to hear the suede material is disappointing. Do you have the Rose 5 Aways or felt the upper? Want to know if it's similar. Yeah their no return policy sucks but at least it's not more expensive than NikeiD. And when you try them on tell me if the mi adidas pair is longer in length than the GR because mine feels that way.

Unfortunately I dont have the aways. The only Rose 5 I bought was the L-Trains. I will let you guys know about the fit once I wear them.

SO, today I tried on the Way D.Rose 6 Boost and man, that boost tech is so comfortable!!!! I can tell they won't be pressure on my knees and they have a natural feel. I know these shoes run pretty big, though. My true to size 11 got lots of room. If these feel that comfy, I'm curious what the Ultra boost feels.

Some more shots of my Rose 6's. This time some high contrast shots that looked good on my Mac but not so much on my PC. Oh well. The more I see them the more the shoes are growing on me. Still not loving the suede and speckle quality but other than that I'm happy. As far as fit.... The upper is a bit softer than the synthetic leather and feels a bit better on foot. They seem to run the same length as the synthetic leather retail versions.

Suede doesn't looks too bad in those pics. Looks like similar material on the Rose 5 Aways.

Just got my Mi Adidas D Rose 6 i ordered when the HOOSIERS 30% code was active. They were delivered today and I LOVE THEM!!! This is my 1st ever custom made shoe and I couldn't be more excited & happy as they came out awesome!!

I went with the Textile upper in royal blue, clear sole, white tongue, and grey cage and midsole with splatter. Even added the Bulls lace tag. Wore them to the gym tonight and they are SUPER COMFY!!! Boost is amazing!! If Adidas has the 30% off sale again, I might have to make another color (possibly an all Sun Yellow colorway). These are SO WORTH the money in terms of comfort. I went TTS & I have room to wiggle my toes and very breathable. Adidas knocked it out of the park with these. Anyone on the fence, get a pair. May have to get the Christmas ones or the All-Star Primeknit ones. Thanks for checking out the pics.

Glad you had a great experience and like the way they came out. Looks great in this color combo. White tongue looks good I should've done that instead of black. The 20% off (CUSTOM code expires 11/2 they are doing is real close to 30% since they don't charge you $12 shipping as they did on the 30%.

I ordered mine before 3 weeks, and got an email that ''they left the warehouse'' which im guessing it means that they are shipped. That was Saturday. And for some reason when i go to the webpage for track & trace, they have no information about my package. i was expecting them next week anyways, but why do they have to tease? I wonder when they gon come
